Our Story
Villa d’Oliva’s story of turning olives into oil drops began in the Aegean region of Thiatria, an ancient city. Olive oil production in this region dates back to the B.C. era.
The idea of Villa D’Oliva was born on this road that we set out on with the dream of transferring this heritage that has lasted for centuries because every human being born and raised in this land is the heir of the olive trees. And we, as heirs, are responsible for telling, tasting, and keeping alive this miracle, which has continued from history to the present, for future generations.
On the way we set out with this awareness, in our boutique production facility located in the fertile lands of Akhisar, we have become partners in an adventure that turns soil into seeds, seeds into olives, and olives into olive oil. In this adventure, we have aimed to witness every state of the Tirilye olive, which we cultivate. We planted our own trees at our valley-land, let the sunlight nurture them, watched them grow with love, and harvested them at the right time. Preserving the freshest and most delicious form, bottelised with care and according to the highest quality standards.
